Extra savings when you purchase 2 x the 1000 litre oil tank at the same time. Precisely the same as the GOT1000B except you are purchasing two of them at the same time.
The 1000-litre oil tank is bunded and rotationally moulded using MDPE right here in Britain. It is UV stabilised, fully OFTEC compliant, CE marked, and comes with a 12-year warranty*. This tank is suitable for heating oil, kerosene, diesel, and bio-diesel fuels.
Thanks to its super slimline design, this super slimline 1000-litre bunded tank can be installed where most oil tanks either cannot fit or gain access to the installation site. As it is only 610mm wide it can also be transported through the average doorway, if getting around the back is a bit challenging.
We keep this tank in stock in our warehouse in Newark, Nottinghamshire, so you can be assured that when we say they are in stock, they actually are.
The outer tank (the bund) will hold 110% of the inner tanks(the primary tanks) capacity. This gives you peace of mind, knowing that your heating oil and the environment around you are safe. Rightly so, in most areas of the UK and in commercial settings, a bunded oil tank is a mandatory requirement.
Under The Outer Tank Lid
Opening the outer lid of the tank will give you access to the 2″ filler cap, 4″ inspection cap, and the Apollo gauge FM transmitter or Clock level gauge, depending on your choice. The outer lid is lockable and comes complete with two keys.
This tank is a bottom outlet type tank. The 1″ outlet is located on the front side of the tank approximately 63mm from the floor.
Quality and Assurance
This 1000-litre oil tank bunded is manufactured in Britain to stringent quality standards within an ISO 9001-approved factory. All tanks comply with BS EN 13341:2005+A1:2011, having passed testing by a third-party approved body. Our tanks are CE Marked and fully comply with current OFTEC regulations.
*12-Year Parts and Labour Warranty
The 1000-litre slimline bunded oil tank comes with an industry-leading 12-Year warranty. To comply with the warranty the tank should be installed by a competent, OFTEC registered technician and inspected annually by one. The tanks should be installed on a base that is adequate for the size and weight of the tank when full of oil and should be at least 300mm (1ft) larger than the tank on all sides. For more information and general guidance with domestic liquid fuel storage, please view the OFTEC guide to domestic liquid fuel storage up to 3500 litres.
Apollo Ultrasonic Oil Level Gauge
The Apollo Ultrasonic level gauge is the original ultrasonic contents gauge and comprises a tank-mounted transmitter unit, supplied with a long-life lithium battery (3V-CR2430) and a plug-in (three-pin)receiver unit. The tank transmitter constantly checks the level in the tank and transmits this to a plug-in receiver unit which displays the level on the easy-to-read LCD screen and has an in-built audible and visual low-level alert. It has a 200 meters range. Installed in the tank and tested before dispatch.
Clock float level gauge
The MT Profil fuel tank float gauge from Afriso is a small mechanical clock gauge for measuring the tank’s contents by a float that sits on the fuel and goes up and down with the level. The clock display shows a scale of Empty 1⁄4, 1⁄2, 3⁄4, and full, allowing you to quickly identify the approximate fuel tank level. Installed in the tank and tested before dispatch.
